Adarsh Kumar

Adarsh Kumar, as Chief Operating Officer, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Adarsh as nearly three decades of experience and brings a long track record of operational, technology, and financial success that has resulted in iEnergizer’s expansion and evolution. He joined iEnergizer in 2000 and worked as the initial team member responsible for setting up the Original Business.

Prior to joining iEnergizer from 1994-2000, Adarsh worked as General Manager, Commodity Trade Division at Phoenix International Limited. He was responsible for procurement, logistics, financial arrangement and delivery of various commodities. He played a pivotal role in the growth of the business and helped in positioning the company as an active trader in all the commodities they dealt with.

Adarsh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

Ashish Madan

Mr. Ashish Madan serves as Executive Vice President of Business Relations and Contact Center Operations. Mr. Madan oversees client relations for iEnergizer's U.S. customer relationship management (CRM) clients.

He has worked at iEnergizer since 2000 in senior management positions; including  Senior Vice President of Business Development and Customer Support. He has more than 30 years of executive-level experience in business development, customer support, and corporate training. Prior to iEnergizer, he held senior positions in the media, publishing, and retail sectors, overseeing public and press relations as well as internal communications. He has also worked in corporate advertising and product placement. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business from the University of Delhi. In his free time, he enjoys trekking, water skiing, and theatre. He lives in Plano, Texas, with his family.

Kapil Pal

Kapil Pal, a recognized leader in the Information Technology field, has 29+ years of distinguished experience across various domains in renowned companies, both domestically and internationally. His expertise lies in setting up the IT Services, handling internal and external audits, leading the IT security practices, smooth transitioning of new businesses, as well as being involved in the design and implementation of data centers, new sites and projects. He is a leader in ensuring 24*7 smooth IT operations through strategic business solutions and business continuity planning. A Computer Engineering graduate from Pune University with a dual MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and Advance Leadership from ISB Hyderabad, Kapil is the Chief Technical Officer at iEnergizer. Before joining IEnergizer Kapil was the CIO/ Head of IT of United Breweries (Heineken India). Also worked for some of the leading organisations like GE Capital, Aegis , PepsiCo India. As APAC Head IT Services of LafargeHolcim setup their IT Shared Services in Philippines and Mumbai( ACC/ Ambuja Cements) for the region.

Vikram Vats

Vikram is a high-energy professional and result driven executive with over 30 years’ experience in delivering tangible business impact across lead roles in Business Process Transformation, Client Relationship Management, Business Strategy & Operations Management. A Management Graduate and ‘Black Belt’ in Six Sigma, he exhibits profound understanding and rich expertise in managing turnarounds in business performances across diverse business spectrum including Banking & Credit Cards, Consumer & White Goods , Automobiles, E-Com vertical etc. With strong leadership skills, high focus on employee engagement and ability to create high performing teams, Vikram has efficaciously led and successfully delivered large initiatives with specialized and large global teams. In leadership roles, Vikram has exceptionally met the changed business dynamics with infectious enthusiasm, boundless stability and strict adheres to professional standards, practices, and ethics.

Prashant Kapoor

Prashant has over 24 years of experience in various aspects of accounts and finance including management of financial operations, governance, compliance and internal controls. He is responsible for international and domestic audits, internal and external reporting, direct and indirect taxes, foreign exchange strategy, and all commercial functions.

Prior to joining iEnergizer, Prashant worked for Concorde Motors and was responsible for MIS, accounting and cash management. He has also handled the accounting, inventory management, treasury management and finance portfolios while working with Swastika Feeds.

Prashant is a qualified accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has completed a post-graduate diploma in International Finance. When he's not working, Prashant loves to listen to music and travel with his family. 

Bikramjit Singh Randhawa

Bikramjit has been associated with iEnergizer since inception (2000) – He is an energetic and passionate roll up the sleeves executive who has grown through the ranks and currently spearheading operations spread across Gaming, Banking, Telecom, Healthcare and Retail verticals for iEnergizer’s U.S based clients, in an omnichannel environment. Bikramjit is a hands-on BPO practitioner and ardent Business Leader who drives customer obsession and process transformation along with his team and been demonstrating proven results for over 21 years.

Bikramjit holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi and a PGDBM(MBA) from Institute of Management and Technology, Ghaziabad. When not at work, he enjoys following his favourite team soccer team Arsenal, playing outdoor games, listening to music, and spending time with his family.

Sanjay Singh

I have been associated with iEnergizer since 2001 and played a key role in its transformation journey. I have been responsible for all aspects of the operations including strategy, project management, workforce management, Training, Quality, and business process services to drive transformational value and productivity for clients. Earlier in my career, I migrated, transitioned, and managed operations for numerous International and Domestic clients across a wide variety of Industries including but not limited to Airlines, Gaming, Automobiles, ECommerce, Travel, Telecommunication, Consumer Durables, among others.

I believe in building high-performance teams, drive growth and profitability through innovative solutions. Facilitating and implementing process improvement and associated operational plans along with delivering high-quality services to support customers’ business need as well as analyzing ongoing Partnerships for evaluating effectiveness are some of my fortes.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time with family, listening to music and travelling. I am also a fitness enthusiast.

Sumit Kaushik

Sumit has been associated with iEnergizer since inception (2000) and has grown through the ranks. He manages the human resources and commercial administration for iEnergizer and is responsible for liaising with various government departments. In this role, he is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy, and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate.

Sumit holds a Bachelor’s degree as well as a degree of Law. When not at work, he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Bhupender Mehta

Bhupender with over 25 years of experience in talent management, leadership development and organization development (OD) in complex, global organizations. Manages human resources for iEnergizer. In his previous stint, Bhupender was head of Human Resources at Telus International (erstwhile Xavient Technologies India). Prior to that, Bhupender was associated with Monster.com leading the Talent and Leadership Development role and before that as HR Business Partner at HCL Group.

Sumit Permar

Accomplished professional with extensive experience in end-to-end Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Sales & Business Development Rich experience in establishing, building, growing, managing, and improving the business profitability, performance, and customer value proposition Started career with General Capital in September 1998, GE was fortune 1 company at that time, have managed operations and transitioned multiple businesses for them.

Have worked for organizations like Fidelity, DELL, EXL, transitioned and managed multiple US & UK based businesses. Extensive experience of US and UK geography have operated from clients site in both geographies.

Worked as an Expat in Philippines for Aegis, now known as Startek as Vice President Operations, managed multiple sites for them In iEnergizer I have double hatted Operations and Business Development role in my earlier stint, in my current association I am heading the Sales & CRM efforts for the organization. I have been successfully able to build new Verticals, add leading global and Indian organizations, like Canon, Google, SBI Cards (India’s Largest Bank). The new business added in last 2.5 years is equivalent to 5000 FTE’s
