Sachin Vij

Sachin has been associated with iEnergizer since 2003 & holds expertise in the Telecom Sales, Service and Support domains. He has been versatile in accommodating clients located across the globe from North America, UK and Pan India, this enables him to be more strategic, demographically. He has a vast knowledge of driving inbound, outbound and hybrid Telecom processes (Inbound Customer service, Technical Help desk, Welcome Calling, Service queries, Upselling, etc). His core competency is in data analytics and Strategy Planning helps in enhancing customer journey with the network provider.

Sachin holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is equally a passionate cricketer and loves to both watch and play cricket.

Rajiv Batra

Rajiv has been affiliated with IEnergizer for over 15 years, involved with E-commerce businesses. Holding a master’s degree in Operation Management, he has been an integral part of various electronic commerce platforms, playing a vital role in manifesting growth of these businesses. In today’s globally dynamic and diverse environment, e-commerce is a shapeshifter whose mission is various and evolving. With immense operational expertise, he has assisted in collaborating with several e-commerce business partners and played a vital role in contributing to their overall business growth, concentrating on both operational and strategic oriented approach.

Given the stratospheric rise in the e-commerce industry in recent years, he has collaborated with different functions within the organization to accommodate functionality and growth of the several businesses he is associated with.

Duke S. Christopher

Duke has been associated with the company since 2006 and leads the Accounts Receivable Management vertical for the company. He has acquired segment proficiency over the last 18 years by servicing varied segments of the ARM wing such as Credit Cards, Utilities, Telecom, Consumer Finance, Skip-Tracing and Mortgage. His exposure to the dynamic nature of the collection business has enabled him to secure applied knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FTC and Dialers.

Duke has a hospitality background and completed his Hotel Management from Merit Swiss Asian School of Hospitality. His core deliverables include building - game-changing collection strategies, driving performance efficiency, leading and mentoring collection teams, compliance delivery and controlling turn-over. He also is a contributor to business development and migration initiatives on the ARM side.

Jaya Pillai

Jaya leads the Investor and Shareowner services domain at iEnergizer. A seasoned business leader with a 16 year proven track record of execution at both the tactical and strategic levels, she has been with iEnergizer for over 13 years managing highly regulated financial transaction processing work like corporate actions, employee stock purchase plan, asset management, banking and hedge funds. A key member of the integration team posts major acquisitions, she has a strong background of spearheading remote and onsite transitions of complex and niche transactions; project governance with rigorous risk and control protocols, providing her with a fundamental understanding of our equity businesses combined with broad expertise in the customer experience field, growing customer relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.

Jaya holds a bachelor’s degree from North Gujarat University with a focus in Economics and English. She is also a certified Green Belt Lean Six Sigma professional.

Avneet Singh Ettan

Hola! my name is Avneet Singh Ettan, currently working as Vice President- Operations and heading the gaming vertical at iEnergizer. I have been associated with iEnergizer since Jan’2002 and have an enriching 20+ years of work experience in the Operations vertical for the interactive entertainment (Gaming & Tech support) domain. Currently spearheading a team of 2500+ gamers/ tech specialists who help fellow players across the globe create their own unique and entertaining experiences in the 500+ gaming titles that we support. On the personal front, I live in the Delhi NCR Region with my wife, 12 years old son and pet Boxer dog. I follow the EPL and am an ardent fan of Manchester United.

Saurabh Bagga

Saurabh Bagga - SVP Operations is an enterprising leader and planner with over 2 decades of rich & varied experience in driving customer excellence and client satisfaction. He has been pivotal in streamlining operations/ service delivery in last 15 years at iEnergizer. As a future leader, he is always focused on leveraging technology alongside improving systems/procedures to optimize productivity and quality delievery. Saurabh holds double majors - Master’s degree in Finance from University of Delhi, India and MBA - Finance & Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.

Ankur Arora

Ankur is leading iEnergizer’s Automotive domain and related functions. He has been associated with the company with over 10 years and has been pivotal in transitioning multiple businesses successfully. He has worked and piloted multiple Automotive Operations and Quality initiatives & improved CRM capabilities which are witnessed during new car launches, new technology launch like Telematics, scalability of existing operations. All these efforts have synergized into multiple Automotive accolades like bagging Best Customer Service Team 2 years back to back in car Industry domain, Best Automotive Vendor Champion Award and multiple others.

Ankur holds Bachelors of Commerce(Hons) from Delhi University, MCA from IGNOU, Gold Medalist in MBA (Finance and Marketing) from DAVV Indore University, PMP, ITIL V3 & LSSGB from TQMI.
